This shirt is fantastic for any activity! It lets cool air through and wisks sweat away from your body. Its hugs your body while not being too tight at the same time. I use it for lifting, running, and playing sports. Works great as an undershirt too! This is the same kind of undershirt the MLB players are wearing in 2010, only with team decals on the chest and the Nike logo on the collar, but it's the same material and basic design.
